We are committed to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return a product. 1. Return and Refund Eligibility:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must not have been used or accessed.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

Please note that any courses that have been accessed or completed are non-refundable. In addition, any courses that are on sale or discounted are also non-refundable.

3. Requesting a Return or Refund:

To initiate a return or refund, please send an email to academy@proedlearn.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return. Once we receive your request, our team will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund Process:

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 working days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at academy@proedlearn.com.

6. Fees and Costs:

Please note that any costs associated with the return of the product to us will be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during transit back to us.
